Please could you explain what a 'fane' is and what exactly it is you are trying to do, because I don't understand.

normally the computer will remember what you setup was last time it closes.l.. but for some reason we have one computer that don't . So that force the user to setup this up each time he restart his inventor. I want it  to start save it ... or chance it to what we want as a new stardard

Good Morning @Darkforce_the_ilogic_guy ,

My Apologies for the late reply, I have been looking into this and hopefully one of the following may be of some help.

1.  If your custom settings are not being saved, it might be due to a glitch or a misconfiguration.

2.  Inventor might be using a user profile that is not being updated properly. If your user profile is corrupted or not saving changes, it could cause the tabs' order to revert.

3.  Inventor might have bugs or glitches that cause certain settings not to be saved or loaded correctly. This is more likely if other users are experiencing the same issue, so I would check to make sure that Inventor is up to date with all the latest patches.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:

1. **Reset User Profile:** Try resetting your user profile to default settings. This can often resolve issues related to workspace customization. Go to the "Options" dialog in Inventor, navigate to the "General" tab, and click on the "Reset" button for your current profile.

2. **Backup and Restore:** Sometimes, backing up your custom settings and then restoring them can help fix this issue. Autodesk provides tools within Inventor to export and import your settings.

3. **Software Updates:** Make sure you are using the latest version of Autodesk Inventor. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that might address issues like this.

4. **Technical Support:** If none of the above solutions work, you might want to contact Autodesk technical support or consult the user community forums to see if others have experienced and resolved similar problems.

Remember that specific steps might vary based on the version of Inventor you are using, so be sure to refer to the official documentation or support resources for your version of the software.
