HOW TO GET CORRECT DIRECTION NORMAL OF face.Evaluator.GetNormalAtPoint

I used methods  face.Evaluator.GetNormalAtPoint to get normal at point with face.
But normal which i received is incorrect direction.
Example: i have spherical plane R = 10mm; but normal at A(0.1 ; 0 ; 0) = normal at A(100 ; 0 ; 0) = (1;0;0)
