How to Flip Dimension

Hi, do you mean the text is on the inside of the dimension whereas all the others are outside?

45 flip like a 22

I think this is because 22 is perfectly horizontal so it gets the horizontal alignment, but because 45 has a slope it is treated like a vertical dimension. 

I don't think is anyway to flip this. The only options I can find are here in the styles editor.
