You cannot export an ipt to a dwg. You have to create a dwg from an ipt yourself.

From inventor, export as *.iges files is good way to do so.
The "Iges" format keeps the assembly tree as a "block" in autocad.

Oh so sorry! Have a mistake: It is not IPT, it is IDW file type! So, how to export many files idw to dwg? Thanks!

Task Scheduler:
NOTE - I don't think Task Scheduler lets you export files from a Vault Project, so you'll either need to create a duplicate of the Project file and make it "Single User" - or set it up as a sequential task.  I know the duplicate project file works - I've never tried the sequential task for exporting, so I'm curious to know if it works.

1. Create a new task using "Export Files" 
2. Select the IDW's
3. Check the export is set to DWG
4. Run it.

I use Drawing Porter, free from the Autodesk app store. It will find all of the idw's associated with an assembly then allows you to export them as dwg, pdf etc.

3D geometry ipt and iam files can be exported as dwg, not just 2D geometry.
