How to dimension apex

Hello all, I was wondering if there's a function in inventor that will allow me to easily mark the apex ?

The one in the picture below is from autocad. I didn't draw this but I was asked about it.

Yes. Click one intersection edge, then right-click and select Intersection, click the other edge.

Are you referring to the drawing environment, or the sketch environment?
