How to dimension a circular pattern around a point

I have a circular hole pattern on a rectangular part that does not have a hole in the center of the pattern.  How do I dimension a hole pattern around a point?

Can you Attach your *.ipt file here for demonstration in drawing annotation?

Hi!

You can create an axis (intersection between the sketch center point and the sketch face).

After creating a hole, you can create a circular pattern, selecting the hole as the source and the axis as the rotation reference.

Try to avoid doing patterns in sketches.
Maintain the sketches simple and clean.

It's easier to control the 3D feature's patterns.

Anyway, i don't know if i understand your question.... but in this case, the pattern is controlled by the circle diameter, the number of repetitions in the scope (in this case 4 rep. in 360deg)

I think you may be looking for Annotation\Centered Pattern.

Ok, now i understand what you need.

First, include the axis you did to center reference the 3D circular pattern:

Now you can use the tool that @CGBenner suggested:

In addition to the methods already shown, there is also a way to get Inventor to figure out the center of the pattern itself.  Right click the view, and click "Automated Centerlines".  Make sure the option for Centered Patterns is turned on (you may have to turn off some options you don't want as well), then click OK.
