Im using Inventor 2012, when I try to delete the yellow sketch lines and I right click, then choose delete, the lines do not dissappear. I have tried clicking break line, and the line changes color to green but does not go away. What are other ways to delete this yellow lines?

Try to find the lines in the browser bar and perform delete it from there.
Yellow sketch lines?
Are these projected geometry?
What color scheme are you using?
Attach the file (or at least an image) here.
Go to the browser bar, find which sketch is switched on and turn it off.
It could be that you've gone to create a new sketch on that surface, but maybe changed your mind or even duplicated.
If you make that sketch active you should be able to delete the autoprojected edges.
I recommend you turn autoproject off anyhow - see - http://home.pct.edu/~jmather/skillsusa%20university.pdf
If you ever have this issue again and you don't want to delete the entire sketch just to get rid of the projected edges, do this instead:
Activate the sketch (edit it), then find the sketch in the browser. Expand the sketch browser node and you will find a Projected Loop underneath. You can right-click on this Projected Loop browser node and select delete. See the attached picture.
The Projected Loop is created when you use the project geometry tool and select a face instead of an edge or a vertex. It is also created if you have enabled the option to "Autoproject edges for sketch creation and edit" (in the Application Options > Sketch tab). As JD recommends, it is best to turn this option OFF.
