How can I delete the last row in a revision table? For instance, if you have a revision table with three (3) revisions and you want to delete Rev 3 (the last row), Inventor won't let you. What I have been doing is deleting the revision before to the last one, but I don't like this method since the revision number doesn't update, it's stays as Rev 3 even though there are only two revisions. To solve this issue, I manually go and change the revision number to 2 and it works but... the next time you add a new revision row by Right clicking the table > Add Revision Row the new revision will be Rev 4 not 3.
Is there a way to delete the last revision in a revision table and have the revision numbers update?
Thanks

If you just added a row by mistake, but haven't clicked "apply" or "OK" yet, then just hit "cancel" and it won't take effect.
If you HAVE already hit one of those buttons, then the only way I know to stop Inventor auto-adding the wrong number is to outright delete the revision table and remake it.
To prevent this happening (though you'll have to manually add the number every time) you can un-check "auto-index" in the pop-up window when first adding a revision table to a drawing.
I suppose you could also just leave the extra row, but turn off visibility on it until you can use it later.
Then just change the revision number iProperty back to the right number (if it's setup to auto-increase it).
I was looking for a way to delete rows but have the auto indexing work still, but I guess that's not possible, weird. Thank you for your help.
Yeah, it's one of those little things that was likely overlooked and hasn't caused people to complain enough to get fixed. Glad I was able to help a little, at least.
If you want to dive into a rabbit hole, there MAY be a way to fix the auto-index bug using an iLogic rule (you can do oh SO much stuff with iLogic with enough learning and patience).
