How to create profile with bends in sheet metal.

How do I create a profile (marked in red) in the sheet metal part shown below, with bends at the corners? I want to have a flat pattern at the end.

Lookin at the picture, are you wanting the end trapezoidal shape with 3 bends off of it as shown below?

Yes that is correct, I have figured it out from your post, you made 3 flanges from 1 trapezoid face to achieve this model.
