how to close the quotation marks

Hi every experts.

I got a question in Inventor 2021, and this is my problem.

It shows these green quotation marks and red  dotted line.

Is any problem to close them?

You mean the green corners?

That means it's a raster view. 

Right click the view and choose 'make precise'

You can also double click the view and check if raster view is turned on in there.

Yes, i mean those green corners and dotted line.

It can't click the "make view precise".

and the dotted line always shows on the screen.

The dotted line should only be there if the view is selected.

If you right click the file in the browser, is defer updates turned on?

Likely the part or assembly was modified with the drawing opened and the synchronization has not gone through completely.

Manage rebuild all and save assembly and all necessary parts and close. If the raster view still continues save and close the drawing , in some case I even ended the inventor session then restarted.

I also confuse about this issue, but i didn't select the view.

Just check, and "defer updates" is turn off.

Could it be that the update was incomplete at the time?

I might have done this at the beginning

and  is there a way to close it in the future?

Your drawing is stuck in raster state.On large assemblies /complex parts it will  enter this mode while calculating the views. However it can become stuck. There are various ways to get it out of this including suppressing the view Unsuppressing or doing as @SharkDesign  and myself has suggested. your drawing shouldn’t be harmed by it and you can save but it will frustrate you if you want to finish it quickly.

Hi! There are two logical explanation to the green brackets.

1. The view is a raster view (image based, as opposed to vector based). Right-click on the view -> Make View Precise.

2. The drawing view fails to finish updating as a precise view. Usually, you can go to Tools -> App Options -> Drawing -> uncheck "Enable background update."

If neither works, please share an example that exhibits the behavior.
