How to change Default Text settings for Sketches in Drawings?

Hello,

I'm trying to change how text appears when creating new text in a sketch for a Inventor Drawing file. My main issue is that since the 2022 update the default color is light blue but being able to change things like font and justification would be nice as well. I've attached a picture showing how a brand new text box appears when sketching in a brand new drawing file.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Check the settings in the style and standards editor.

The Current-ANSI is the default text style in text boxes, and in the Styles editor it is the correct dark blue color. Outside of drawing sketches, text will be this color. But inside sketches specifically, the text is light blue. I asked my coworker on the same version of Inventor and his default sketch text is purple.

We did a little brainstorming and found out that inside sketches, the text color is linked to the "Sketch Preview" color in the Color Scheme Editor, under Tools > Application Options > Colors. I changed this color to dark blue and it worked. sketch preview.PNG
