Hi!

You can use the app below to do that.

Select your new template as the source, and select the old dwg to change the titleblock, based on the source.

You can also do it directly in the print you are working on by first deleting the title block shown in the model tree and then double clicking the new one you want in the print from the drawing resource tab > title blocks.

I have updated our company drawing title blocks also.  I am usually in the drawing and editing when I realize that the the title block needs to be updated.  In this case, what I do is start a new drawing (will have the updated template), then open up Drawing Resources>Title Blocks (at the top of the drawing browser), select and copy the latest title block(s), go to the drawing needing the update, click on the "Drawing Resources" folder and paste (the title blocks will be placed in the proper sub-folder). If your new title block has the same name as the old one, it will ask if you want to replace ... say yes.  If the names are different, it is your option to delete the old title block definitions.

Not as elegant as @CCarreiras solution but it works while you have the drawing open.

Forgot to say ...  if your title block has a different name (mine are the same so all sheets get updated when I do a replace) you have a little more work to do.  On EACH sheet, you must delete (via right click) the title block node in the browser (under the sheet name) then add the new one (double click on the new title block under the Drawing Resources).

Keeping the same name for your title block makes things easier in my scenario.
