Do you realize that none of the faces are currently 2mm and there are several different thicknesses in the part you attached?

Do you have a specific Bend Radius that you want to achieve (otherwise I assume 2mm on the bend radius)?

Do you realize the corners will have to be welded or soldered?

Do you want any overlap corner flanges?

Have you installed all Service Packs and Updates for your version of Inventor?

Have you made an initial attempt at modeling this part in Sheet Metal environment?

Problem is like JDMather said your corners are not manufacturable in Sheet Metal.

I´m attaching an example of your part that could possibly be made , granted I´m no expert at sheet metal parts since I´ve done mostly castings but you get the idea.

You should go into the sheet metal enviroment right away and use the dedicated tools to make your part, that way the flat pattern will be built with less problems.

Best regards,

I tried re-saving his part and as it didn´t give me the ´´file is going to change versions´´ prompt I´m guessing 2016.

EDIT: yeah nevermind I tried it again it is a different version. so im guessing he won´t open it.

I´ll post the browser tree and an stp.

Well, as it seems you arent going to be able to open the file I´m attaching the tree and an stp file, im sure you can figure it out from that.

Attached is one possible solution.

I might move the origin datum to the top or bottom (relative to the view cube) depending on the design intent.
