I've been using Inventor for some time, currently sitting at 2021 version. I'm not using Vault currently.
I usually move designs around using either Design Assistant or built-in iLogic Design Copy. However I've run into a problem from the topic title. I copied a design to a fresh project, but I wish to move some parts and subassemblies within the project one folder up. iLogic DC won't let me, cause it copies the folder structure up to 1 folder up from the subassembly being copied. Design Assistant is painful experience when there's more than a dozen parts. So what is the trick to move a sizeable portion of a design one folder up?
