How can I add existing parts to a new project?

Hi,

I am new to Inventor, but have experience using AutoCAD.

I am creating a project but realized after I drew all the parts, that they were not in the project folder!

How can I move these parts into the same project?

Hi! If you have set up an Inventor project using project file, it should not be hard to consolidate the files. I assume you know where these files are. You can simply move these files along with their folders to under the project workspace folder. Inventor project can automatically find these files when it needs them.
