Hole Wizard and iFeature take abnormally long times to load

I have one user here experiencing this but his setup is not particularly different than anyone else here.  He is using Windows 10 x64 v1709, Inventor 2018 and Office 2013 Pro Plus.  Now I don't know a lot about Inventor at all myself but from what I can tell, using both the Hole Wizard to create a hole and the iFeature we have saved uses Excel in the background extensively for calculations or something.  Again, I'm not sure myself what the process is in the background but I know it is taking wayyyyyy longer than it should.  Like minutes.  Anywhere from 1-3 minutes just to wait for a hole or iFeature to be created.  The user clicks on Hole and then when he selects the radial button for type of hole, it immediately locks up and I can see heavy Excel usage in Task Manager.  Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas for troubleshooting?  We've already tried a repair of both Inventor and Office and tried a different user profile on the machine with the same results.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi! We are hearing some environment specific issue like this. Could you take a look at this article and try adding the "UseLibXL" to environment variable and set it to 1. Please report back with your findings.

Thank you very much!  That environmental variable fixed the issue for him!
