Help with modeling this curved shape

Hi all, I’m working on 3d modeling parts and came accross this one (the blade) where I’m not sure what is the best way begin. Any advice is appreciated. Please see attached, the drawing I’m referencing are really old scanned papers and that that’s all I have to work with. Material is 3/8 cold rolled steel.  Thank you.

Design both profiles and intersect the result.
Should be something like this:

In extrusion you have 3 options:

1- Add solid, 2 - remove solid, or 3 - intersect solids.
Well you have one more option: create new solid, but doesn't matter for this case.

For this case, the better option to use is: the first extrusion will be the first case, add/create a solid,  for the second extrusion is option 3, intersect.
