Help with inventor part! I cannot figure this out!

I am trying to make the middle flat part of my creation rounded, so that it almost resembles a potato chip. but despite my best efforts, I have not been able to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is becoming very frustrating. I have attached a file that shows what I am trying to accomplish. Thank you.

Can you attach your *.ipt file here?

Will you be after a Flat Pattern of the part?

Very Interesting part to try and model.  Here is my first attempt.  Hope it helps.

also, I tried to change the dimensions of your sketch to fit my needs but it keeps saying there's an error. Any idea why?

There a multiple reasons why the part won't rebuild properly. Since there are always more than one way to model a part, and not knowing which dimensions you would like to be driving vs. driven, then depending on what you change, errors will occur. here are a couple of options....
1. Send me the dimensions you would like
2. Let me know which dimensions should be driving, and I'll update the model accordingly.

Good Luck

Thank you so much for  all your help! I attached a pdf with the dimensions I want. Also, if you could make the curve a little more defined that would be great Smiley Happy

You did not answer my question.

Do you need only the finished form part, or do you also need Flat Pattern?

First thing I notice is that your Sketch1 is not fully defined or making use of obvious symmetry about the Origin Center Point.

Your pdf image does not specified the desired dimensions for these 3 dimensions (see red boxes).

What dimensions do you want for these features?

just change the .500 to .25in and the rest looks good. also, the 3.00in needs to be the distance between the 2 inner lines, not the 2 outer lines. Thanks so much!
