Help With Internal Gears

Hi!

I've been using Inventor for a while and am pretty familiar with all of its features, but I can't seem to create a set of internal spur gears using the tool, every time I click OK it says "Design Failure!".

The gears must have a center distance of 0.3", and a gear ratio of at least 1/2, but less than 1/5. The gears also must fit within a 1.5" diameter cylinder. The only other design constraint is that the gears must be able to be printed on a 3D printer, so no super small teeth.

This is what I have so far:

Here's a super basic sketch to further illustrate what I'm trying to achieve.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Review this, but for 3D Printable (true involute curves) there is an extra step not shown in the video.
