Help: stretching or add a piece between bend and flange

I have  tried to stretch the flange with the big whole and the small holes around it but i cannot do it.

i want to add an extra 20mm material between the bend and the holes. This extra material has to be straight instead of  the angluar 

shape now. So just the 20mm had to be straight with the same width. 

How can i do this?

Open the attachment in my original post. It is a 2017 file format but you'll get an idea of what I did.

Split bodies, move one up 20mm extend face to reconnect.

Since I don't have access to 2018 now I can only use solid body editing commands.
