Help required with assembling a few components

Hi All,

So I have this problem where I have a few carriages than need to move on their rails. Onto these carriage is a spacer block that I can only JOIN at one point. Inventor does not assemble it correctly, I have to adjust the angle of rotation. However, when I try sliding the carriages, the spacer block starts to rotate. I want to eliminate this. I tried using the CONSTRAINT function however that does nothing. Onto these spacer blocks on the other side, I want to put a larger plate. This should not move and ideally I want to join all spacer blocks to it properly. The only movement that I want is left to right along the rails. Nothing else. Is this achievable in Inventor?  

Its for a CNC machine that I am designing and I would like to show it move properly later on with animations. I have attached the file that I am working in maybe that will help?

Right nevermind, solved the problem. What i basically done is instead of joining the 2 parts together at where the screw would go but I joint it at the centre of both, using rigid solution and then just aligned it the correct way without having to use angles.
