Help!! line visibility not a option

I am trying to turn off visibility to a line but does not give me an option.

what am I doing wrong?

Hi! It looks like the view is not precise. It is raster view. Right-click on the view -> check "Make view precise." If it does not help. Go to Tools -> Application Options -> Drawing -> uncheck "Enable background update" at the bottom.
