Help in closing a counter bore hole that ends in a curved surface.

Hello,

I need to close a counterbored hole in the model as shown below. I have tried creating boundary patches and thickening, and even tried creating a sketch and extruding. I am not able to get smooth [profile on the bottom curved surface. Please help. I am attaching the pictures and model along with this post.

I am trying to move the feature from position 1 to position 2. So even the extrude needs to go away.
