HELP! Identical corner won't fillet!

I have a drafted box with multiple filleted corners 4 of them are identical but 1 of the 4 won't fillet.

 It replys X of the Y selected edges cannot be blended at the current size.

You have to rebuild the corner because the edges doesnt intersect well.

 

After you rebuild that, it will work.

I don't understand. Rebuild? I don't know exactly what is wrong with it so it will just happen again if I do it the same way.

Did you get this as a STEP file or did you model native in Inventor?

If you have a native Inventor file - you could attach it here and someone might be able to find a more robust technique for modeling the geometry.  (and diagnose why the initial attempt failed)

Hi!

 

there'snothing to understand, because there's no logic in that, it's software with thousnads of calculations.

Are you sure you make exactly the same steps in both sides? Even the order of selection for the fillets and others... maybe not.

 

Somtimes, even the order/direction  of selection can change  the result of the finalwork. the problem was in a edge that intersect poorly, so i have to ebuild it to have a proper intersection.
