Harness question

Good morning, I am using Inventor 2015 and I cannot find the "pin" function for creating points to attach wires to components?

Hi!

To have the Tools visibility:

When in a part enviroment,

A- Hover the cursor in Ribon bar, right mouse button and: Show pannels.

B- Select Harness

To place Pins:

1 - Select Pin

2- Anchor the pin (point)

3-Name the Pin

4-Setup the Pin

After you add the pins don't forget to go to "manage" tab... author section and find "connector" in the flyout menu under the extract ifeature button.

This will allow setting the exit direction,etc...
