Frame members not updated

Hi,

Just wondering if it is only me that when I updated the layout part for a frame assy, the derived sketch updated, but the frame skeleton sketch failed to update, and it is all jumbled up. Is this a bug or am I not following the best practice? Thanks.

I don't know exactly what the bug entails, if it is a bug. I do know I have been in a very similar situation, and almost no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to work.

I did find ONE thing that worked in the end: Rebuild All
