Frame Generator!!!!

I am using Frame generator to create a structure by selecting placement option as " Insert members on Edges". But in the browser i found that so many *.ipt parts are created according to the profiles edges which one i selected ( made of arcs and lines). So i tried another option, at the time of selecting the profile for frame generator (using insert member on edges) i use "chain select in place of multy select".  But again am not able to get the result as  single part (like in sweep). Any option available to create in such a way that, if i  select  a chain made up of lines and arcs does it able to generate a single part by frame generator ? Any one can help me on this ?

If I am understanding you correctly the problem is the generation of many part files but you want them 'merged.? Use the Merge option. See graphic below.

This then make 1 IPT file. See the grahic below.
