Frame Generator prompt file name button missing

I have some users that are missing the small button shown in the picture that allows override of frame generator member filenames. 
It does not seem like a setting (or is it?). I'm kind of bummed on this one. Anyone have an idea?

Hi! This could be display related. Please make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and the graphics driver is update. Go to Windows display resolution and set it to the recommended values. Lastly, right-click on Inventor desktop icon -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Change High DPI Settings -> check both boxes.

Thanks for the suggestion, The proposed fix seemed to make sense considering my less than stellar experience with windows scaling.

I worked with one of the users with the problem, but he had the scaling already set to 100%, and the suggested settings did not change the issue.

Hi Jorge,

Another one to try. Please go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Environment variables -> create "QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR” and set it to 0.

I really appreciate the suggestions, but no joy on this one as well.

I'll probably wait for the next update, and if the problem is still there, create a support case.

Display name can be edited directly here, but not file name. No button shows up on right side of file name when clicking on file name.
