Flatt Pattern Export Options grayed out

I am having a bad week it seems. I have tried 2016 and 2015 and it seems that the Flat Pattern Export Options are missing. The button is grayed out. I can "Export Face As" but there's no layer and spline option there.

Can anyone test it please and see if you get the same? Has this functionality been dropped by AU?

There are no right click menus in the image bellow. I should have enabled Aero or used Screencast but you get the point.

For some reason this dialog box works differently than others.

Go ahead and click Save and THEN the Options are the next screen.
