FLAT PATTERN OVER BEND

Hi

I have a 24mm plate with bend. I'm trying to flat pattern it for nesting, but it seems like it over bends the plate.

Please if someone can tell me what I've done wrong?

You should check your profile.

The straight lines should be tangent with the arcs.
