Fillet

Hi

Please see the attached image CAD file.

I need to insert the fillet only in the tip not the full length as circled.

I remember that there is command in previous versions to split the body so I can place the fillet in that portion. 

Is there any way ?

There are a few different workflows you could use, but from what you are describing, I would use a Revolve to remove the material, as shown below:
