Fillet between Arcs using 2D Fillet : Inventor

Hello,

I have a problem in understanding the 2D Fillet tool in Inventor , If I try to create a fillet between 2 arcs/circles , Inventor does not allows me to do so , I tried the same sketch in a different software (Please refer to the Image : Mastercam.jpg) , it allowed me to create the fillets which I have highlighted in the image with red color , However if I try to do the same thing in Inventor it wont allow me to do so

Please let me know if I am understanding Inventor Fillet Tool in a wrong way or there is a work around or it can be done using the 2D Fillet tool.

Thank You for providing me an opportunity to write on this forum,

Thank You,

Hello,

Thank You for your reply , I tried using the Tangent Arc but it does not fits well in the Sketch i.e If I add that the other 2 arcs change their positions.

I have attached the file , An example would be great for me to understand (For the Tangent Arc). I am trying to get a radius of 5mm between those arcs. I have added a screenshot of mcam(Untitled.jpg) in case if it helps in understanding my problem,

Also I would be very happy if you point out any discrepancies in my drawing.

Thank You,

Hello,

I really appreciate the Effort the Community has taken , I must have provided more insights earlier , The Screen cast does not solves my problem , but provides me very useful advice on constraining the geometry as I sketch , I am attaching a screen shot of what I am trying to achieve , and also a dwg file of the same if it helps understand my problem in a better way.

Thank You , for providing me a opportunity to access help and knowledge on this community platform,

Thanks ,

This is a very very simple problem.

Attach the *.ipt of your file again - this time with fully constrained sketches and I will create video on how to finish the editing.

In your original *.ipt you had the as R0.5

Now you have it as R2.993

you must, of course, make a decision on the true Design Intent.

Hello,

Here's the File , fully Constrained (Learned from your advice) , I think I might have found a solution , but I'd like to see how you would do it also it might help someone else with a similar problem. I really appreciate the efforts taken by you and the community.

Thank You,
