Filename contradictions in Inventor Window

I have this strange situation. Normally speaking in the Inventor window caption you will find the filename of the file you're currently working on, and this should match the filename displayed in the tab on your drawing space, see picture 1. But today I stumbled upon a situation that's out of the ordinary; In this situation the Inventor window caption displays a different name as the tab of the active document. See pictures 2 and 3 below.

All the files were previously renamed in the Vault, except from the one where the captions match. I've never had this issue before. Does anyone know where this irregularity is coming from and how I can correct this?

Did you do a get from vault after the rename? Also did you delete your local versions of the files that were renamed in vault? I have had instances where inventor gets confused if both files exist in your local directory and you open the file locally.

Probably you renamed the document in the browser...

The name in the browser is only cosmetic, doesn't change the File Name or Part Number.

Tip: if you want the original file name in the browser, edit the browser name, delete all the characters, press enter and the original name will appear, and this way, the discrepancy is off.
