File Naming... didn't work

I am with problem in "file naming" function. I fill correct and publish, but when I insert my custom frame the file name isn't the same. I use inventor 2016.

Hello, if I remember correctly, you can not change the automatic rename of the file when you insert structural members. Inventor uses a renamed system organized by
(STANDARD) (STOCK NUMBER) 000000 # -> Unique Number
I think the file name you speak is for when you insert as a custom part from the content center in an assembly.
If you can change the name later, but not automatically

What @Sergio.D.Suárez said is correct.  That setting has no effect on parts placed from Frame Generator - it only controls the naming of parts created by "Place from Content Center".

New settings in Application Options have been added in more recent versions to give you control over the naming of Frame Generator-related files, but obviously that doesn't help you in Inventor 2016.  I'm still running 2018 at my office, so I don't have access to them yet either.
