How can i set FEM parameters for a stailess tank filled with water?

Clearance between sheet metals must be zero?

I have to exclude welding from simulation?

What questions are you trying to answer with the FEA?

The basic Inventor FEA solver is limited to linear, small displacement problems.  It has pressure loads, but does not have a hydrostatic load.  It does not understand the physics of welds, so if you are interested in distortion, heat affected zones, or other fine details, you will need to use a different FEA package.  Inventor Nastran may fit the questions you are asking of the model.

Anyway, you might consider using shell elements for a thin-walled tank.

Find max pressure in the tank and use it to run FEA.
