FEA report missing images

FEA .html report looks for .BMP images. But while creating the report .PNG images are saved on disk. So the report is missing some images (not all images are missing)

(I'm using IV 2021.1 build 245 with Windows-10-64, build 120.2212.31.0)

Hi! I suspect it may have something to do with the file path you saved. Is this a cloud drive like OneDrive? Maybe you need to map the drive as a logical drive so that Inventor can find the image files. Try copying the files and the folders to a local drive. Does it work for you?

Is still a problem - do autodesk ever fix these things?

No its still happening, even when you choose to output the report as pdf

Thanks for the suggestion. we have a vault server - using pro but I don't think that is linked to that issue but for context.

Our work folder is in C:/VaultWF so I have copied the 2024 design data as per the instructions from public that has the new data into the vault WF to equate the instructions for a network share.

The problem persists and the pdf still doesn't show any pictures. if you check the pdf, it is referencing a location for the pics that has not been created. The image reference location is: C:/VaultWF/Workspace/~~/~~/FEA/Images/Content/1/Result_0_1.bmp  (I am working in C:/VaultWF/Workspace/~~/~~/FEA) 

I removed some of the file path for sharing.

However, there is not a folder in my FEA folder called Images.

is this then a permission issue where inventor cannot make the folder or something?

Our machines were brand new with a completely clean install of inventor so therefore it was not an update that is causing it.
