FEA Cannot model properly

Hi folks,

I have some trouble modeling a situation for FEA inside Inventor :

The plate with the stiffeners is actualy just sitting with its weight onto the other two plates (no welds). Here is the result I'm getting so far : 

On both ends this is what I get (like if it was welded) :

But what I'm trying to achieve is something like this :

Any idea on how to achieve this? I've been playing with contacts, .. for an hour but no luck so far...
