FEA - Analysis: difference between hand calculations and program resutls

I am working on a project and I am trying to find the Shear Force of 4 pins on these handles connected to a top housing unit. I believe that my fixed and force locations are off but I am little unsure. My force is 1.75 lbs due to the weight of the assembly being roughly 7 lbs and the fixed locations are place right underneath the handles. My Von Mises Stress should be close to 24.75 psi per pin (based on my hand calculations), but unfortunetly I am getting around somewhere in the 80.00's range and can't seem to solve this issue. Any recommendations?

Hi! Please share the files here so forum experts can take a look. Probably the loads or constraints were misplaced.

Many thanks!
