hi,bolt and nut failure to insert

I have been encountering this message from design accelerator when I click ok to process my bolt connection in inventor 2019 and 2015. Please, what could be the possible cause of this and solution to it.

Hi! I notice that you have posted the same inquiry on Facebook Inventor User Community. Have you resolved the issue? The error message usually indicates that the Content Center is not properly installed or configured on your system. Try placing a part from Content Center. If it works, it means the CC is not properly configured (Get Started -> Project -> Configure CC, find the button at the bottom on the right).

If you cannot insert a CC part, it means CC isn't available or the CC folder is not set up properly. Go to Tools -> Add-Ins -> check if CC is loaded.  Also go to Project setting and check Folder Option and see where the CC parts are saved to. Can you write to the folder?

A quick tip for you. You can simply copy and paste the error message to Google Search and add "Autodesk Inventor" in the front of the search text. You will find many relevant information (threads, videos, and Help pages).

Thank you, Mr. Johnson. Your suggestions are always wonderful. Though, I reformatted my PC with another window other than windows 10( window 8). The issue stopped after that. Then, I guessed it was the cause of the window of my PC.
