Extrude cut,intersect and some functions are not working

In my Autodesk Inventor  2019, while I am going for extrude section some of its functions not working 

please, someone, help me with that

Hi! I believe it means there is no solid body in the part when you start the command. As a result, only Create a Solid option is available.

These options become available when there's something to cut from or to intersect with.

Once you draw, let's say, a circle or a square onto any of the surfaces of a solid that you have extruded earlier, you'll notice that these options pop up.
