Extraneous Hole diameter symbols

I am running Inventor LT 2017 and putting dimensions on a drawing of a part that is symmetric about the horizontal axis.  It has only one on hole through the part and along with numerous other features.  

All dimensions of vertical surfaces get preceded by a hole diameter symbol.  None of the horizontal surface dimensions show this.  How can I get these extra hole symbols out?

Just change selecting mode.
