Thank you for your response. But I am asking for weldment assembly file. I have already tried this method mention in link before posting my queries. Please provide appropriate solution for this.

I repeated again, I have large assembly files containing autodesk inventor weldment  files. I am opening this assembly files it is taking long time. I want to know is there any l method to open faster same way as  express mode. For this weldment assembly files, express mode is disabled while for other files it is enabled. I have tried very hard to counter this problem. Pls provide appropriate solution.

Thank you

I did this yesterday for an assembly, make sure it's active and set the unique part threshold. If you have more unique parts (not total parts), it loads in express mode.  On the bottom right corner of the UI there are two numbers, like 1200 and 187.  It's the number on the right that has to be higher than your threshold amount for Express mode to kick in.  I'm not aware of a difference for weldments as I don't use them.

@dipranjangupta Hi, how large of an assembly are you trying to open?  Also, what workflows will you be performing that require you to open the weldment as Express?

Hi! When you are still actively editing the assembly, I suggest you turn off Express mode. Express mode is meant to be used when the modeling is done and the assembly is for viewing purpose.

Regarding the the Express mode not being available in a weldment assembly, it is a limitation at the moment.

Many thanks!
