Error Loading Segment PmBRepSegment in database?

We upgraded from IV 10 to IV 11 over the weekend and several people are reporting this error. The parts that it's having trouble with are some iPart factories I've made. Any suggestions?

Hi Brian,
Can you post one of the problematic parts or send to
yizhou.cao@autodesk.com.

Thanks,

Hi Brian,

All of a sudden, I'm getting the same problem with one of my parts I've been using for a month. Has Autodesk gotten back to you with a fix? Every posting I've seen from Autodesk has asked for the part in question to be send, but no solution has been given to the problem.

Thanks,
Bob

Bob,

I haven't seen that message lately, but I think migrating all my files from 10 to 11 helped. I used Task Scheduler to do this.

Brian,

The part I'm having problems with was built in 11. It's in a Cable and Harness assembly and Inventor crashes if I try to delete or replace the part in the assembly. Sucks... And NO help from Autodesk...

Thanks,
Bob

There is no step by step fix to this problem as I know it. I have logged issue: 907139 for the case Bob sent me. Thanks Bob.

Well I have good news and bad news… The part works fine today! That’s good news for me, and bad news for whoever at Autodesk is trying to figure out why this happens. Very strange...

In order to investigate better I am trying to collect more information.

Has this part "MoxaconverterBlank.ipt" ever been loaded sucessfully in any
of the previous releases of Inventor?
Or is it erroring out only in R11? Looks like, this was saved already in
R11SP2.
Is it possible to send the original part prior to saving in R11 that could
be loaded successfully in earlier Release?

Thanks

The part was created after I upgraded to R11 Pro for Routed Systems and was never open in an ealier version.

Thanks for checking it out,
Bob
