Error: Circular Pattern Failed

Hey guys.

I am trying to do circular pattern on a feature, but it keeps popping up with an error: circular pattern failed. I am not sure what this means, nor am I sure on how to resolve this. I attached screenshots for reference.

Any assistance would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance

It's the fillets causing it to not work. I sometimes have this problem. I don't know why chamfers/fillets sometimes don't like being mirrored/patterned. I just pattern the major features and then add the fillets after. Bit of a pain, but I don't know another way!

Try using feature select in the fillet command instead?

Hi! There is no need to fix up the fillet. There is a simple way to make it work. In Circular Pattern dialog, click on the double-arrow button -> Compute Method -> select Adjust.

This option can deal with local geometry better when not all geometry is included in the pattern. It should work (see attached part).

Many thanks!

Great! But somehow its still appear to be fail to do so. However, u gimme the idea to try another option under creation method which is 'optimised'. Worked like a charm!
