Hello,

I cannot get the Emboss to work on the script L/Min. Is there other ways to get the Emboss to work on the Script L/Min?

File is Inventor 2018

The issue is the Font ...

if you change it ...it works ...

Yes i was able to get the other 2 Text parts to Emboss but not the Scripted writing. Does Emboss not work on that type of Text?

Hi! Indeed, we do have font specific issue here, particularly with stylish font. The problem is not limited to Emboss. All sketch-based features like Extrude, Revolve, Sweep, and Loft will have trouble processing this kind of font. It is because the particular font alphabets cannot be converted to profiles properly. So far, we don't have a reliable way to convert every alphabet in any kind of fonts to a consumable profile.

For this particular case, I am able to get away by turning off Bold control. The Emboss feature can be created. Then use Thicken/Offset to make it thicker.

The bold remove indeed works. Plenty good enough without Bold
