Edit or change the name of the parameter automatically created by Inventor

Hey guys!

Is it possible to edit or change the name of the parameter automatically created by Inventor? (red marking).

Thanks,
FS

It appears that that name has been derived in multiple times?

The same name was imported, but from different files (.ipt).

Hi! Yes, Brad is right. This can happen when the same named parameter is derived or linked multiple times. The underscore prevents the name collision.

Many thanks!

Right. So is it impossible to change the names generated by Inventor?

Hi! In this case, the parameter is linked. A linked parameter's name cannot be changed unfortunately, unless the link is broken.

Many thanks!
