Suppose I have to edit the sketch there is a way to do so. If I want to edit the extrusion what is the way? That means after changing the sketch if I want to extrude according that.

If you select and RMB the Extrusion, there is a dialogue context for "Edit Extrusion". You have selected the "Sketch" which has it's own dialogue box.
If too much of the Sketch changes, it may require re-selecting the region when editing the Extrusion.

Hi,
RMB = Right Mouse Button.
To edit the extrusion directly you can right click the extrusion (not the sketch!)and select "edit feature" as @blair said or double click the extrusion.
