Drawing Resource Transfer Wizard will not open source drawing

When I try to select a source idw. I get an error message saying opening the document failed.

Try going into the \Old Versions folder where the templates are stored and try restoring one of the old ones.

That worked, any clue how to get the desired one to open?

That seems to have fixed, I can now transfer any file. Thank you
