I don't know how it happened but my drawing has flipped 90 degrees within the file. I was editing a template file and somehow the drawing got flipped. You now view the drawing on its edge versus in front of you. I've uploaded three files. One is the border open for an edit with the correct orientation. Next is the edge that you see upon opening, the final is the titleblock open for an edit to highlight the fact that the view is from the edge. It's like the 3D view cube was rotated but the 3D view cube doesn't exist within the drawing file.

Are you using a Space Pilot or other device with default view buttons?  I am able to switch to a top or side view with the shortcut buttons on the Space Pilot.  The entire sheet then shows up as an edge like you show in your screenshots. Pressing the 'Front' view button on the Space Pilot returns everything to normal.

I do have 3D mouse. I'll have to test those buttons. I don't remember pressing it but I probably did.
