Download problem

Hi. I have a problem with downloading Autodesk Inventor Professional 2017 students version. When I try to download installation files it download only one file 001_003.sfx.exe and when I install program recive error that I don't have all needed files.

When you download the software, did choose for Browser Download.

This is most of the time the best way.

I do not see Inventor 2017 at the link you provided?

Thanks I try it, but how to download Inventor 2017? There is no Inventor 2017 on that link.

The Virtual Agent website isn't up to date with the latest release. Where did you download your software. If it's on the manage.autodesk.com website you can also choose for Browser download. Choose that one. Most of the time is that the best what I found out.

Usually when you do a download & only get one fo the three files it's because your browser popup blocker has prevented the other 2 concurrent download sessions from starting. Retry it & take note of any pop-ups being blocked & allow them.
